Support Desk

Register with us to gain the benefits of a first-line rapid email response desk to assist users in resolving formulae or macros, providing regular technical support and advice for any Excel-based queries. The Support Desk can only advise on your existing Excel portfolio and does not include any new development work (which can be supplied via our Excel Consultancy service).

Choose a payment option to suit your needs:
Pay As You Go   You can purchase ad-hoc support either by the hour or by the day with our Pay As You Go option. It can be more economical to book a whole day, as the day rate of £490 saves you £35 over a 7-hour day compared to the hourly rate.

Monthly   If you prefer the security of having a regular support lifeline, then sign up to our regular support contract. Our minimum terms are just one day per month over six months. Unfortunately, we are unable to carry forward any unused pre-booked time. If you want to continue the service (or even if you don't), just give us one month's notice before your contract expires.
